Junk Food Substitutes for a healthy diet!

Have an addiction to junk food? Here are some healthy substitutes to help you get off of your junk food diet!

1. Instead of eating ice cream, eat "nice cream!" Follow the recipe below on how to make it:

Take 2 large bananas. Freeze the bananas for 2 hours, then put them in the blender! Add your favorite toppings in too, like chocolate chips, or peanut butter!

2. Instead of eating potato chips, pop popcorn! You can buy popcorn kernels at almost any grocery store, and you can add salt, or cheese on top!

3. Instead of eating beef hot dogs, try Organic Applegate Chicken Dogs! They are still high in sodium, but still a lot healthier!

4. Instead of eating hamburgers, try Dr Praeger's California Veggie Burgers!
